Description

For the final day of the recent draw a day thing I was involved in. Prompt was "Congratulations Banner". Ended up drawing something kind of like a video game victory screen. I used Rogue and Cammy a lot back in the X-Men VS Street Fighter days on import Sega Saturn. Rogue is Marvel. Cammy is Capcom.
